Description
The Flownamics Automated Dispensing and Dilution System (ADDS) is an automated dosing system for bioprocessing and industrial applications to precisely control the delivery of nutrients, reagents, or other fluids into a reactor or production vessel. The ADDS uses a disposable syringe pump for precise addition of feed to ensure optimal conditions for cell growth, chemical reactions, or other processes. Automating feed delivery reduces human error, enhances consistency, and improves process efficiency.
The ADDS uses a single-use assembly that consists of a syringe, six channel multi-position valve, and fluid input port which distributes to individual lines to each vessel. The ADDS can be controlled by the reactor or process software via OPC or custom software integration.
