Description

Flownamics vial racks are manufactured from solid aluminum blocks with a plastic outer shell. The outer vial rack shell is designed with a hollow internal core to reduce moisture and frost from collecting on the outside surface of the rack. The hollow core also limits temperature loss from ambient air to the internal block and vials.

Flownamics manufactures each vial rack to accommodate several standard vial sizes. Rack customization is available to accommodate a vial that is standardized for a customer’s facility and to accommodate sample reservoirs or reservoirs for reaction applications.

Rack Sizes

Microtiter Plates

Our standard microtiter plate racks can hold 2 96 well plates. Contact Flownamics if you require a rack for a different size microtiter plate.

2 mL HPLC Vials

5 mL (7 mL total) Vials

These racks are designed for Flownamics Sterile 5 mL vials. The vials are gamma radiated with a septum-piercing cap.

15 mL Conical Centrifuge Tube Rack

These racks can accommodate Flownamics Sterile 15 mL Conical Tubes with Septum Caps. As well as standard, 15 mL Falcon or conical centrifuge tubes.

50 mL Conical Centrifuge Tube Rack

These racks can accommodate Flownamics Sterile 50 mL Conical Tubes with Septum Caps. As well as standard, 50 mL Falcon or conical centrifuge tubes.

Custom Racks

Flownamics can customize or design racks for a customer’s standard vials and to accommodate reagent/sample reservoirs or reservoirs for reaction applications. Contact Flownamics for a custom rack for a specific vial or application.
