Description
The Flownamics Chiller Plate interfaces with a recirculating water bath to maintain samples at specific temperatures. The most common operating temperature range is -20°C to 40°C; however, the achievable range depends on the temperature specifications of the connected water bath.
Although designed for use with Flownamics products, the Chiller Plate can also be used as a standalone solution for other applications. The Chiller Plate is compatible only with Flownamics racks and can accommodate up to two racks simultaneously.
A plate cover is included for applications requiring only one rack. The cover helps prevent moisture or frost accumulation on the unused plate surface.
The Chiller Plate is supplied with two lengths of insulated clear soft PVC tubing, 1/2 in ID × 11/16 in OD. The tubing may be cut to the required length to accommodate the installation layout.
Flownamics can provide custom Chiller Plate designs for applications requiring alternative rack sizes, configurations, or other specialized requirements.
